Washington, D.C. — We congratulate our partner of the Global Public Policy group, Johanna Leblanc, on her appointment as Adjunct Faculty at Howard University- one the nation’s premiere academic institutions and top historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). About Johanna Leblanc

Johanna Leblanc  is a trained lawyer who specializes in national security law and foreign policy. She holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Indiana University- Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in National Security and U.S. Foreign Relations Law from The George Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C. She also holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from Florida A&M University (FAMU) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bethune-Cookman University (BCU). Ms. Leblanc was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by BCU. Johanna is currently a Partner at Adomi Advisory Group, PLLC, an international law firm with a global public policy. Prior to joining the firm, Johanna served as a senior staffer at the U.S. Congress. In addition to advising members of Congress, Johanna has advised foreign ministers, ambassadors, state and local officials, and NGO executives.
