Michael began his journey as a Google Student Ambassador (2013 – 2014), where he engaged in technology evangelism and advocacy, fostering digital literacy and adoption among students and professionals. His early career saw him take on leadership roles, including serving as the Chief Digital Officer at Wineloya Digital (2014 – 2017), where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives and built innovative solutions to drive business growth.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, Michael co-founded Effect Studios in 2016, a technology-driven creative agency specializing in digital solutions, branding, and software development. Through this venture, he has helped businesses bridge the gap between technology and marketing, delivering impactful results.
His expertise in software engineering was further honed during his tenure as a Software Engineering Consultant at Appetite Creative (2020 – 2022), where he contributed to the development of cutting-edge digital experiences for global brands. Recently, he expanded his global insights through an Academic Accelerator Internship at the Dubai Future Foundation (March – April 2024), where he engaged in forward-thinking technological and business strategies aimed at shaping the future of digital innovation.
Michael holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, complementing his technical background with strong business acumen.
