Leadership & Advisors
Daniel Ofosu
Public-sector and infrastructure-finance advisor leading Adomi engagements with ministries, departments, and agencies across Ghana and the United States.
Daniel began his career as an investment analyst at Fidelity Bank Ghana, where he played a lead role in establishing Fidelity Securities Limited (FSL), an investment management and financial advisory firm regulated by Ghana’s Securities and Exchange Commission.
He then moved to New York to join the Investment Banking division of JPMorgan Chase, where he ran risk management across multiple large-ticket financings, assessing credit, structural, and counterparty exposure from underwriting through execution. That grounding now informs his public-sector work.
At Adomi, he leads engagements with ministries, departments, and agencies, with current work centred on platform and e-government initiatives in Ghana.
He is a Managing Partner at Whitestone Capital Ghana, an infrastructure finance firm focused on public-private partnerships, where he structures project financing and guides PPP transactions from origination to close.
Daniel serves as Senior Advisor to the Applied Resource Policy Lab, a research and technology organisation working on mining fiscal regimes, energy, and strategic supply chains, and sits on the Governing Board of Ghana’s Internal Audit Agency. He remains active in diaspora civic engagement between Ghana and the United States.
He holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Drexel University, and a BSc in Finance from the University of Ghana. He works between Ghana and the United States.
