This page explains the current behavior of the local build and records the decisions required before a production privacy notice can be approved.
Information entered into the form
Because no server, secure inbox, customer relationship management system, or form-delivery provider is connected, information entered into the consultation form remains in the browser only long enough to validate the demonstration. It is not sent to Adomi or retained by this prototype.
Cookies and local technologies
This build does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies. A production site should show a consent control only if nonessential technologies are actually deployed.
Production requirements
Before launch, Adomi should approve the inquiry recipients, data categories, lawful basis or consent wording, retention period, deletion process, data processors, privacy contact, cross-border data handling, security controls, and any analytics or cookie choices. The final privacy notice should be reviewed for the jurisdictions in which the website and firm operate.
Sensitive information
Visitors should not submit confidential, classified, legally privileged, or highly sensitive information through the public website. Initial details are sufficient to establish the nature of an inquiry.
