Edmond K. Ahadome is an attorney, engineer, entrepreneur, and investor working at the intersection of technology, law, infrastructure, and business. He is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of the Adomi Group, where he leads investments and initiatives spanning digital transformation, real estate, hospitality, financial services, and enterprise technology.
Edmond began his career as a software engineer at Boston Scientific, where he spent five years working on technology supporting LATITUDE, the company’s remote patient monitoring platform. He holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and later transitioned into law, building a career as a patent litigator representing companies in complex intellectual property and technology disputes.
Edmond graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School.
His legal experience includes representing individual innovators and Fortune 500 companies, including Time Warner Cable, Bristol Myers Squibb, Charter Communications, Nike, Adobe, Boston Scientific, Gilead Sciences, Sanofi, Target, and Ecolab, as well as public-sector institutions including ECOWAS. This combination of engineering, law, and business informs a highly analytical and execution-focused approach to solving complex institutional and commercial challenges.
A core focus of Edmond’s current work is digital transformation. He works with governments, institutions, and businesses to modernize complex and often fragmented processes through digital platforms, enterprise systems, workflow automation, document and data management, systems integration, and AI-enabled solutions. His work focuses on transforming manual processes into integrated digital environments that strengthen efficiency, transparency, accountability, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Through Adomi Group, Edmond also develops and invests in premium real estate and hospitality assets, including BridgeView Resort and BridgeView Lakeside in Ghana and the group’s expanding portfolio of luxury urban residences in Accra.
