Edmond K. Ahadome is an attorney, entrepreneur, engineer, and investor operating at the intersection of law, technology, and infrastructure. He is the Founder & CEO of the Adomi Group, a diversified holding company focused on building and scaling businesses in real estate, hospitality, financial services, and enterprise technology.
With nearly two decades of analytical and legal experience, Edmond has represented clients ranging from individual innovators to Fortune 500 companies — including Nike, Adobe, Boston Scientific, Gilead Sciences, Sanofi, Target, and Ecolab — as well as public-sector institutions such as ECOWAS. His background in complex litigation informs a disciplined, execution-focused approach to structuring deals, solving large-scale problems, and building systems.
A core focus of Edmond’s current work is digital transformation and the use of technology to modernize complex institutional processes. His work spans the development of digital platforms, enterprise systems, workflow automation, data management, and technology-enabled solutions designed to help governments and businesses operate more efficiently.
His approach focuses on transforming fragmented and manual processes into integrated digital environments that improve transparency, accountability, collaboration, and access to reliable information. He has a particular interest in applying technology to complex organizational challenges and creating scalable systems that support better decision-making and measurable outcomes.
Beyond technology, the Adomi Group continues to expand its footprint in premium real estate and hospitality — including BridgeView Resort in Ghana and its expansion into luxury urban accommodations in Accra.
Edmond also advises public- and private-sector partners on digital transformation, infrastructure development, investment, and strategic growth initiatives across Africa.
